Professional care with a personal touch
My Work, My Purpose

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to face challenges and feel alone. Living with hearing loss from a young age taught me the importance of listening in a different way and it shaped how I connect with people today.
I studied Family Social Sciences at the University of Manitoba and went on to complete my Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. Over the years, I’ve worked with families, schools and community programs, helping people manage stress, heal from their trauma, and build stronger relationships.
At Bells Therapy, my focus is simple, to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, learn new skills, and move toward the life you want.
My Life, My Joys

Therapy is a big part of my life, but it’s not all of who I am. I’m also a cat mom to Jack, who rarely leaves my side. I love reading (my favorite book is The Body Keeps the Score), and I never pass up a good concert, especially the Backstreet Boys.
Like many of my clients, I’ve faced my own mental health struggles. Taking care of myself is important, and for me that means journaling, enjoying family time, and yes, even treating myself to a DQ Blizzard after a good therapy session.
These little joys remind me why balance matters so much, and I bring that same outlook into my work with clients.
