How does the free consultation work?

It's a quick 15 minute video call where we can meet each other, talk about what you're looking for, and see if we're a good fit. Its completely free and there's no pressure. It's simply a chance to see if therapy with me feels like a good fit for you.

Do you offer online or in person sessions?

I offer both options! You can choose whichever option works best for you at that specific time as well. One session you can choose online and then next session you can come to my Winnipeg office. It's completely up to you!

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

What qualifications does Cassandra have?

Cassandra is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Manitoba College of Social Workers. She also holds a Masters of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelors degree in Human Ecology with a focus on Family Violence.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

I'm a registered Blue Cross provider, which means you can submit your receipts through your plan for reimbursement. I also directly bill through the NIHB program for clients with treaty status. If you're unsure about coverage or have any questions, I can help you figure it out before we start.
